Spikey is designed to detect common date-rape drugs, including GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyrate), Ketamine, Cocaine, and Scopolamine. It does not test for all substances that could be used to compromise a drink, and new or unlisted substances may not be detected.

A negative result does not guarantee that a drink is safe. False negatives can occur due to substance concentration, testing conditions, user error, or substances outside Spikey's detection range.

Spikey is a supplementary safety tool, not a substitute for personal vigilance. Customers should continue to exercise caution, including never leaving drinks unattended, accepting drinks only from trusted sources, and monitoring their own drink at all times.

By using Spikey, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that Spikey is not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on test results.
